Attaching ruffle to a metal headband

Just a quick little tutorial on how I attach ruffle to a headband.

1. Aquire ruffle, headband, piece of felt a little smaller than ruffle, glue gun.

 2. Hot glue felt to the bottom.

3. Hot glue ruffle to the top.

4. Done!

Simple enough.
